POWERROLL is a fully hydraulic roller for modern farmers that places high demands on quality, durability and efficiency

The POWERROLL series is the market’s most compact roller in its category, and despite its large working widths, it can be folded to a transport width of only 3 m, which makes the journey to and from the field easy and safe.

The entire folding and unfolding of the roller sections can be done from inside the tractor and without the need for further manoeuvring, which is both practical and safe.

POWERROLL is suitable for driving on all soil types and all types of farms. The best possible field contact is ensured over the entire working width of the roller by means of the recognized hydraulic weight distribution and the DUOFLEX system, which makes it possible for each section to follow the contour of the field.

On uneven fields, POWERROLL can roll across the entire working width, as the roller sections overlap and provide full-width ground contact, even when turning and working on uneven fields.

Hydraulically operated and adjustable cracker board, consisting of strong 80 mm spring tines with 200 x 12 mm angled wearing points, which makes it perfect for crushing clods and levelling the soil, thus leaving the soil loose, smooth and in perfect condition for the roller section.

The cracker board can be mounted by DALBO before delivery, but can also be retrofitted. When using the POWERROLL for rolling, the cracker board can be lifted hydraulically out of work, providing increased usability and versatility.

The cracker board requires two extra double-acting hydraulic outlets on the tractor, and to achieve optimal working conditions for, and thus effect of, the cracker board, we recommend a working speed of 8-10 km/h.
