This policy on the processing of personal data describes how DALBO A/S collects and processes your personal information when you communicate or make agreements with us.
Our services concern commercial operators and traders.
The data we process in relation to commercial operators is primarily about the company you represent.
The personal data policy applies to personal data which you give to us. We do not collect information about you from other sources.
We are the data controller for the personal data we process.
What personal information do we process and for what purpose?
When you register for a course, we process information about your name, possibly, your email address and phone number as well as the name of the company you represent. The purpose of this processing is the administration of your course participation/course booking, including the issuing of course certificate. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1b,f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
When you sign up for our newsletters and marketing materials, we collect data concerning your name, email address, telephone number, name of the company you represent and your consent. The purpose is to be able to send you newsletters and offers about courses etc. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1a,f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
In case you are the contact person for a company that is a customer of ours, we collect information about your name, your email address, telephone number, name of the company you represent as well as other information you choose to give us, apart from any sensitive data. The purpose for this processing is to be able to communicate with you, and to provide you and the company you represent with the best possible service, including taking into account special wishes and needs, as well as giving us the prerequisites to be able to offer the company you represent relevant information. We also use your data to contact you or the company you represent regarding your satisfaction with our services and/or to send you information about the same or similar services which we consider could be of interest to you or your company. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
In case you represent a supplier, we collect information about your name, email address, telephone number, name of the company you represent as well as other information you choose to give us. The purpose for this processing is to be able to communicate with you, including by email and telephone, in connection with tasks which you or the company you represent performs for us as a supplier. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
When you visit our website www.dalboagro.com we automatically collect data about you and your use of the website. This is e.g., data about your IP address, what type of browser you use, which pages you visit, which links you activate and how you use and navigate around the site in general. The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the website's functions as well as to be able to register, for example how long visitors spend on the website and to be able to show you relevant information. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
If you apply for a position with us, we store the information you have written in your application and the appendices for up to 6 months. The purpose of this is that we can contact you if, within the next 6 months, we have a position that matches your qualifications. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 (1b,f) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Who has access to your data?
Personal data is stored in an unencrypted form and sent unencrypted over the internet.
We have entered into an agreement with data processors for certain operating and IT security-related tasks. The storage of the information by our external partners (data processors) is subject to the same rules as us. To ensure that your personal information is handled correctly and in accordance with the regulations we have entered into data processing agreements with the data processors.
Deletion of personal data
In general, data is saved for 5 years. This is done, among other things, to comply with the rules on accounting material.
The data will however be saved for longer, if we have a legitimate interest in storing the data for a longer period, if it is necessary to establish, assert or defend legal claims, or if the storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements.
Your rights
Right of access: You can request that we inform you about what information we have recorded about you, for what purpose and who, if any, we forward data to. You can receive a copy of your personal information that we process. In this instance you must document that you are the person you claim to be.
Correction
If you become aware of an error in the information that we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
Deletion
In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g., if you withdraw your consent, and we do not have any other legal basis for continuing processing of your data. In case if continued processing of your data is necessary, e.g., in order for us to comply with our legal obligations, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.
Withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw a consent you have given us for a specific processing of personal data, including in connection with signing up for a waiting list.
Complaints
You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5., 1300 Copenhagen K about our handling of your personal data.

Changes to the personal data policy
