With working widths from 1.50 to 6.00 metres and a frame large enough to accommodate all ring types and sizes, including the HD packer ring, LEVELFLEX is a unique and efficient front-mounted packer

Its unique front suspension makes it very easy to maneuver in the field, and the suspension’s flexibility provides optimal ground contact, which provides good yields.

All frames are designed for mounting very close to the tractor, which minimizes the required lifting force and load on the tractor.

LEVELFLEX is available both as a single section and hydraulically foldable machines. The frame on the models with a single section has the bearings placed inside the outer rings.

This means that the working width is equal to the transport width, which ensures maximum efficiency and often better size match with a seeder behind the tractor.

Mounting a cracker board or harrow section in front increases the performance of the LEVELFLEX and makes it a valuable machine for soil consolidation and sowing in one operation.

The Cross Combi ring is suitable for rolling ploughed areas, as it's serrated design cuts and crushes the clods, while at the same time packs the soil in depth with its large weight.

Crosskill. This ring type is used primarily for seedbed preparation and leaves the soil loose at the top and firmer just below the surface, which is optimal for sowing. Packer rings are available in 80 and 90 cm and 65 HD.

A packer ring is suitable for working in heavy soil, where its large weight crushes clods and packs the soil.

Hydraulically adjustable cracker board, consisting of strong 80 mm spring tines with 100 x 12 mm angled wearing points or 45 mm spring tines with 50 x 10 angled wearing point, depending on the soil conditions on the individual farm.

This makes the cracker board perfect for crushing clods and levelling the soil, thus leaving the soil loose, even and in perfect condition for the packer section.

The working angle of the cracker board is set mechanically via spindles. When operating in the field, the working depth is controlled hydraulically via a parallelogram suspension.

This means that the set tines angle is not affected by the change in working height, which makes it possible to work relatively aggressively and thus achieve a more intensive levelling effect.

In order to achieve optimal working conditions for, and thereby the effect of, the cracker board, we recommend a working speed of 8-10 km per hour.
